Screening Prelimiaries :

Primary Requirements:

Age: Between 21-36 years old

Pregnancy History: Have delivered one or more children without complications

Legal Status: U.S. Citizen or legal alien

Residence: Reside in a surrogacy-friendly state (excluding Louisiana, Michigan, and Nebraska)

Health Screening:

Non-smoker and live in a non-smoking home

Non-drug user
-
Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or less

Lifestyle:

Own a vehicle for transportation to appointments

Not receiving federal/state financial assistance (except acceptable forms)

No history of arrests or substance abuse

Medical Examinations:

Willing to undergo a background check (including spouse/partner)

Willing to undergo a psychological evaluation

STD, drug, and Hepatitis tests

Surrogate Matching Process

Selection
The surrogacy selection process for intended parents includes evaluating medical history, psychological readiness, and compatibility to ensure a perfect match with a surrogate.
02.
Matching
We will arrange a video chat with your potential surrogate, allowing you to get to know each other better and determine if she’s the perfect match for your surrogacy journey.
03.
Decision
Your surrogate will complete medical and psychological evaluations to ensure readiness. You’ll then finalize the match and make the initial payment to confirm the surrogacy agreement.
04.
Legality
Once the surrogate has passed her evaluations, your attorney will draft and finalize a contract for both parties to review and sign. This will ensure no complications.
05.
Pregnancy
Once all prior steps are complete, we will prepare your surrogate for the pregnancy and advance the surrogacy process. Now we wait for your miracle to come into the world!
