Becoming a surrogate is not the only way to help make a family complete. If you weren't eligible to be a surrogate, but still wish to help families in need or you are currently in the process of becoming a surrogate, or if you are already a surrogate, and you also have the resources to find more people willing to become surrogates - look no further!
You can help by referring qualified candidates to Patriot Conceptions. We created the Surrogate Ambassador Program where people can get referral bonuses right away if they're able to refer a surrogate and earn even more along the way!

How Our Program Works
We offer very good referral rewards. If you are able to refer a California surrogate, the referral bonus is $3,000. Referring a surrogate from other states also give you a bonus of $2,000. PLUS, you will receive even more after you reach certain milestones!
The more candidates you refer, the more you make!

How to Receive Your Bonus
You will receive the first half of your referral bonus once you (if you are a current surrogate) and your referred surrogate:
• are medically pre-approved by our in-house medical coordinator.
• passes the medical screening at an IVF clinic.
You will then receive the second half of your referral bonus once you and your referred surrogate:
•are matched with an intended parent or couple.

We will set up everything for you, including training sessions and necessary resources. You will have your own:

After we collect your basic contact information, we will send you your referral link and social media templates. You'll be ready to recruit prospective surrogates in no time!
To become a successful surrogate ambassador, you must:

Post our content to your social media platforms and tag us.

Share the Surrogate Referral Form with your gestational candidates.

Follow up with your surrogates to be an active member of their journey.
