Health Requirements

Between the ages of 18 ~ 30 years old
-
At least 5 feet tall
-
Good general health physically and mentally
-
Have both ovaries
-
Have regular menstrual periods
-
Have no known reproductive disorders or abnormalities
-
Not have psychiatric hospitalizations
-
STI (Sexually transmitted infections) or STD free for at least 12 months
Lifestyle Requirements
-
Non-Smoker
-
No use of recreational or illicit drugs
-
Not currently be on Depo Provera, Nexplanon, or Implanon
-
Not currently in breastfeeding
-
Willingness to refrain from alcohol when injection starts
-
Willingness to abstain from unprotected intercourse during specific weeks in a cycle
-
Not have traveled to a Zika risk area within the last 6 months
Family History Requirements
-
Able to obtain up to date family history and health status
-
No history of multigenerational familial diagnoses such as inheritable cancer, heart disease before age 55, various genetic disorders, etc.
Other Requirements
-
Some education beyond high school (i.e. enrolled in college, college classes, certification programs, bachelor's degree, master's degree, Ph.D., etc.) or success in chosen career path

Willingness and being able to respond to communication within 24 hours from Patriot Conceptions and medical staff

Willingness to complete medical and psychological screening

Willingness to use injectable medications

Willingness to attend mandatory appointments have a flexible schedule

Willingness to travel as needed
