The past year has been a roller coaster for everyone around the world, including Chrissy Teigen & John Legend, and their small family of four. In a tell-all interview for People's Beautiful Issue, the popular American model and television personality revealed how she's decided to prioritize her mind and soul over her body.
She discussed how she had spent the most part of her life figuring out work-out schedules and fitness training routine and how she wanted to exclusively concentrate on spending quality time with her family now.
"Now I know that it's on the ground playing with my kids, getting out there, going to a park, going to an aquarium, being able to drive around with my kids in the car," she said. "That is activity for me and I enjoy doing things like that."
She also went on to say how she experienced all kinds of highs and lows with following the whole "diet culture" and that she wants to be done with it for good now.
The entrepreneur with a massive social media following also revealed how she won't be able to carry a pregnancy anymore, following the loss of her 3rd baby at 20 weeks last year.
"I've learned how strong physically and mentally a body can be. I've learned how strong I am. This year has been a roller coaster for everybody in the world, including our little family," she said.
Teigen had shared the devastating news about her pregnancy loss with her 34 million Instagram followers in a heart-felt post last year. Although the couple received a massive outpouring of support from fan however, there were some social media trolls who did not shy away from spreading negativity around the grieving family even at such a tragic time.
In an apt response to all the hate and criticism she received for sharing intimate photos of herself and her family after losing the baby, the famed cookbook author went on to establish how she could not care less about all these negative comments. She stated that the pictures and everything she shared was for herself to commemorate this landmark moment in her family's life and also for people who've found themselves in similar situations with little or no support.
In addition to being the wife of superstar John Legend, Chrissy is famously known for her unapologetic social media etiquette and her fans love her for her brutal honesty in everything she has to share.
